This Privacy Policy explains how Pragniv AI Private Limited ("Pragniv AI", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data through this website, including enquiries and job applications. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), Pragniv AI is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. Personal data we process on behalf of clients during engagements is governed by our agreements with those clients.

Personal Data We Collect

• Enquiries — when you use the Schedule AI Discovery or Contact forms: your name, email address, company, job title, area of interest, company size, subject, and message.
• Job applications — when you apply for a role: your name, email address, phone number, current location, current company, experience, college and graduation year (for internships), LinkedIn or portfolio link, resume, and any note you add.
• Technical data — our servers record standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which we use to operate and secure the website.

How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange discovery sessions you request.
• To assess your job application and contact you about it.
• To keep the website secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Consent

We process the personal data you submit through our forms on the basis of the consent you give when you submit them. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@pragniv.ai. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may retain data where the law requires us to.

Job Applicants

Your application and resume are stored securely and are accessible only to the people involved in hiring for the role. We retain application data for up to 12 months after a hiring decision so we can consider you for similar roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Pragniv AI never charges candidates a fee at any stage of recruitment.

Sharing Your Data

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as hosting providers, under contractual obligations to protect it, and with authorities where required by law.

Cookies and Third-Party Services

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. The "Open in Google Maps" link on our Contact page takes you to Google Maps, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss, including access controls and restricted storage for resumes.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last interaction, and job application data as described above. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.

Where Your Data Is Stored

We store and process personal data in India and in other countries where our service providers operate, as permitted under applicable law.

Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you and how we process it.
• Have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected, completed, or updated.
• Have your personal data erased where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Have your grievances addressed.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
